Hello guys,
I have a 16 Charger Pursuit 5.7 AWD. I'm trying to take the car to get dyno tuned but the question I have is if I can just remove the front drive shaft because my tuner does not have a AWD Dyno. Or if there is a fuse I can pull.

Thanks you!

Bobby:
Welcome to the forum. You may be able to unplug the front axle disconnect. The best thing I can think of, would be to use a tuner to force it to stay in RWD mode.

There is a fuse people used to talk about pulling to force it to stay in rwd. I haven't read about it in a while.
I don't know if it can be run with the front drive shafts removed.

thanks for the feedback guys!
I saw that tazer gives the option for pursuit AWD vehicle's to lock out the front diff.
I'm just concerned if it fails on the dyno and locks up all four boom haha..

I believe I heard about the fuse option for the Gen 1 or 2 Chargers, but not sure if that applies to the Gen 3s.

You'll want to still disable the engagement either by pulling a fuse or using a transformer or tazer to disable the awd from engaging. For safety you could pull the driveshaft from the transfer case to the front diff. Pulling the cv axles would be a bad idea though.

So I should be ok pulling the fuse and removing the front driveshaft just for a safe measure?
i might just grab a tazer and disable/ remove the drive shaft.
one other thing do you know if Alpha obd2 has this feature?
