Half Moon Bay Pumpkin Festival
The free-admission festival on October 14 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Main Street between Miramontes and Spruce Streets in Half Moon Bay. To get to Half Moon Bay, take 101 or 280 to Highways 92 or 84 west. You can also get to Half Moon Bay via Highway 1 from both north and south.
This event will call for early morning departure to beat the traffic. We will be meeting at the CV park n ride at 7am departing shortly afterwards. We can stop at the Lucky shopping center on Jackson St in Hayward to meet others coming from the south bay. We will not be stopping long but to drive thru to pick up the rest of the club. Remember to bring money for bridge fare and parking in Half Moon Bay. We can have pancake breakfast at 7 to 11 a.m. in Mac Dutra Park, Main Street at Kelly Avenue.
After eating we can shop the arts and crafts booths and check out all the festivities. Beer and wine is served on the Main Street entrances. Please use your best judgement while drinking. After the festivities we will drive back to a pumpkin patch and go shipping for gourds! This is a fun event for all ages and we encourage you to invite your family along too!
