So this is my first post, so thank you in advance for any help you guys can provide.

Well....had the car for a month, bought it used. Had 72k miles. Started to notice a tick, but figured it was the, "Hemi tick." After around 600 miles or so, starting getting the p0308. Long story short, fount out it was a bad lifter. Removed the head, passenger side), replaced all 8 lifters and put everything back together.

Car sounds great, no tick, but now no matter what it will not idle. Keep getting the p0172, p0175, and p0300. Replaced the map sensor, throttle body, plugs, (drivers side were gas washed), checked for leaks, replaced brake booster check valve, coils, and injectors.

I can feel the drivers side exhaust is much warmer than the passenger side, and the rpm just revs up and down before finally cutting off. I'm pretty handy, I've done all the work so far myself. The only thing I can think of at this point is if the car war programmed and now the pcm is confused. I just don't know enough about Hemi's to know if by disconnecting the battery did something funky.

I made sure I followed all of the directions and specs when putting everything back together, but I just have no idea why it's running so rich now, especially on the drivers side which I didn't even touch other than removing the fuel rail to remove the intake manifold.

Have you replaced the Cam Position Sensor and the Crank Position Sensor?

It's often the cause of what you describe. The other thing to check is the evap tubing that plugs into the driver's side of the manifold at the throttle body. The rubber elbow there is known to degrade and crack causing a vacuum leak.

I did replace the cam and crank sensor as soon as I bought it, just to avoid any issues. I changed the oil as well, and used the Mobile One 0W-40 even though I'm a Royal Purple guy.

I did notice the deterioration of the the evap hose. I'll check that now. Now that you mention it, when I was installing the head, I did get the evap canister stuck under the head. I managed to "wiggle" it out bc I noticed it after I torqued the head down.

I also get the blinking mil light if I rev the engine. That's why I'm really worried!

P308 and flashing MIL

Just a quick follow up, though I didn't get much response. Found out I had the pushrods in wrong on cylinder 8! Gas washed #8 , no compression and caused multiple misfire's on 2, 4 and 6.

Everything is back together, and she runs great, BUT, passed someone today and got the flashing mil and it went right off, but got p0308. I was at around 5k rpm, and it seems like it's a bent pushrod, but I have no tick or anything! I did notice a "chatter" in the high rpm range. This sound right to anyone?

It's not difficult to pull the cover off, and the rocker arms to check the pushrod, but I've never heard of one being so quite.
