New to the forums here and have enjoyed reading all the great material available. I just bought a 2008 RT with 28,000 low miles on it. Love it so far but can't seem to figure out the steering feedback on it. I also just bought a 2012 sxt with 40,000 miles on it. It seems as if the 08 has a different steering gear ratio than the 2012. Meaning I can take a corner with the 2012 with a 1/2 turn of the wheel vs 3/4 turn for the 08. Also, the 2012 has a very positive road feel to it, where the 08 feels more like a station wagon. Is it me or is there a mechanical difference? If so, can I upgrade my steering on the 08 to the 2012 design?

Thanks in advance for you help and opinions.

I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but your 08 has hydraulic steering while the 12 has electric. You will always get different feel between the two. Also your 12 is heavier than the 08.
