Sort the wiring?? Was does that entail??
The wiring (both wire colors and the plugs themselves) will be very different, plus newer seats may have other features the vehicle wasn't equipped with (seat airbags, heated or cooled). You'll need to figure out the wiring so at the very least you can adjust the seat.

If 08 seats don't have airbags, you may have some problems because 15 Charger seats DO have airbags. You don't want to set those off fiddling with wires.

Actually very easy if the 08 doesn't but the 15 does; as long as they don't get connected (and they wouldn't unless someone was very careless) they're pretty much inert. I swapped a set of 08 R/T seats into my old 06 (the newer seats had bags). Completely depinned the 08 connector and used the old connector from the 06 seat. Plugged in like factory.
