Had a similar issue with my 06 SRT. Dealer tech found I had installed incorrect plugs. Seems the resistance was not correct, causing the coils to overheat, which then sent a high current back feed into the PCM, which then kicked the PCM offline. This would kill the engine. No codes would be stored as the PCM was basically off/no power. Once the correct plugs were installed, issue went away; over a year ago.
Similar issue could be caused by a bad coil pack(s).
I would start with new, correct plugs and go from there. Right off hand I do not remember the plug brand/type, but the dealer parts counter will have them($$) or check the owner manual and pick them up at a parts store. You'll need 16 of them. This would be the least expensive place to start troubleshooting. Even if the plugs are the correct brand/type already installed, if they haven't been changed in the last 30-40k miles, probably due anyway.
Good luck!
