I have not seen any tests on the charger with the 3.5L V6... but here is a link to car and driver for the 3.5L 300.... the pefromance should be within a 10th or so...

I would guess that the Charger would better that 7.3 time to 60. That 300 had the 4-speed auto so the 5-speed Charger might pick up a couple tenths

A Charger SE that runs 0-60 in 7.1 and the 1/4 in [email protected] mph would be a hell of a bargin
