Cannot Update my Uconnect Hi, I couldn't been able to Upgrade my uconnect ctp13 to the newest one, although I downloaded the gcd from the website driveuconnect after searching using VIN, so it's supposed to be compatible but no! every time I try to update this message pop up and it says...

mofv.com/mygig is becoming unreliable. sometimes the sites up, sometimes its down. where else can i find the latest updates? i have an rer radio.

I think I read somewhere in the documentation that i received with car that you could get 2 free updates for the map dvd under warranty or during warranty period ? does anyone know if this is true. Thanks
