Anybody got any solid info on the process to slap a 6.1 crank in my 5.7?
Also, given that the 8hp70 can only take ~500ft-lbs, what do I need to do to take that out to ~1000+ without completely swapping out transmissions.
Last question.. my car makes a weird kind of rumbling while I pass...
any members in here ever installed the 392 crankshaft in their 5.7? i found a 5.7 crankshaft that im guessing lowers the piston down further to stroke it to a 392 and am wondering if anyones had success/failure in doing this mod because it looks like thatll be my next investment for mine..
