2015 and up Headlight Problems

Hey there. I’m a little taken aback at how expensive it is to replace a headlight bulb on a 2015. Per the dealer, a bulb replacement was $300 for an oem part. Got that replaced, and a couple weeks down the road, the circuit board of that headlight assembly is no good and is affecting my headlight by turning off and on as I drive. That requires a whole new headlight assembly for a mere $1100 just for the driver side and I’m at 70,000 miles.

Is there any aftermarket assemblies anyone would recommend that is nearly equivalent to oem?

I have a similar issue. Only when it rains though. My left side headlight will flicker when it rains and everything has been water proofed and what not. Going to install new HIDs including a new ballast to see if that is the issue. Havenít found any solutions what so ever though

If you don't mind used, car-part.com or lkqonline.com.

When you say, "headlight bulb", is that the fancy, newfangled HID kind, or is it the old style H7s or whatever?
