Of course it is on slicks and a prepped surface but it still did it in the condition that you can buy it off the showroom floor with a full warranty.

From Allpar the Hellcat Charger does 1/4 in 11.0 on stock tires and 10.7 on slicks.

2007: SRT8GC - 440.
2008: Daytona R/t Charger: GONE BUT NOT FORGOTTEN 2/23/13
2009: SRT8 Challenger - Tune, Cams, Heads, Basic Bolt Ons, Working On 440 To Match Jeep
2013: SRT8 Charger: Tinted Windows

Garage
It is faster than the new Z06 using C&D's latest results. Going to re-think getting this next year. I do not see any sedan made in the U.S. or Germany at this price that will beat it in straight line performance for years to come.

I think it's fair to point out that the Chevy numbers and the Allpar numbers were gathered on different tracks on different days so I'm going to take them with a grain of salt until we see more tests of both cars.

Frankly I'd be surprised if the Hellcat was faster than the Z06 when the cars are head to head on stock tires on the same surface. The Vette is dramatically lighter and has very wide, soft tires. Chevy has also developed some very sophisticated launch control software. My guess is that it'll be easier to launch the Vette consistently and not have it go up in smoke.

It's kind of a pointless comparison anyway since the Vette is a sports car and the Charger is a super GT car. In my perfect world I'd have both of those bad boys in my garage!
