Alignment issue on new SRT

Hey all. I’ve been having an ongoing alignment issue with my new 16 SRT that I bought in September of last year. It has pulled right since day one. Previous post is-

https://www.chargerforums.com/#/topics/379597?page=1

So as of now the car has been in the shop for 41 days. They have already replaced a ton of suspension parts. A few days ago the service manager called and said the Chrysler tech contacted the factory and turns out the numbers when it came off the line weren’t right. He said they are ordering a new rear cradle and new upper control arms. They have already replaced the lower arms and all the springs as they suspect a ride height issue was causing some of the alignment woes.

I’m tired of this. They said it could be two more weeks before they get it back together and hopefully fixed. I still don’t want the car back. If it’s been this bad under warranty, I don’t even want to think about what it’ll be later. I hired a lemon law lawyer because dodge (not my service manager) is saying that the factory numbers are right and it will be eventually fixed.

I want a replacement car. This has been ridiculous.

Does anyone have any similar situations or thoughts?

Sorry to hear about your troubles, I wouldn't be happy either. When they get the car "fixed", I'd ask for an extended full coverage warranty on the car since it's been entirely apart along with compensation for not having your car for 41 days. If you get it back and it's still not fixed, I'd lemon that car as quick as I could.

To answer the question, no this isn't a common problem that I've ever read about.

I would guess it was the front cradle causing the pull, some cars need the cradle tweaked from time to time and it's not a big deal, guess something else is going on.

I'd continue the LL claim, they have had more than enough time for this.

The rear has been the biggest problem. Here is the first alignment. Crazy how much it was off.
