Code P0700

Threw code P0700 tonight in the rain. Accelerated past someone and broek the tires loose. Then the check engine light went on. Got home and checked with Diablo and got above code. How bad am I hurt? Can I just clear the code without any problems.

HELP!

here's one thread concerning it... if you do a search for P0700 there's about 28 threads of info on it... sounds like your tranny just had a hiccup... especially since you had some wheelspin

just clear the code......you hit the speed limiter on the trans when the tires broke loose and popped into tranny limp mode. It's a real PITA but it happens....no biggie.

I've never understoon that whole "limp mode" thing that I keep hearing about. I hope that doesn't ever happen to me.

2007 R/T | Diablo 93CAI | AFE Stage II CAI | Flowmaster Super 44 Catback | SLP Udrive Pulley | BT Catch Can
Blacked out 20x9 SRT wheels | Toaster Mod | Clock Tower Mod
Best pre pulley 1/4: 13.64 @ 101.33 mph

If you don't like what I'm saying, my response can be re-calibrated. Turn the ignition key to the ON position. Re-read my post and at the same time turn the key to the ACC position. My response has now been re-calibrated.
