Stock RT 1/4 mile times?

Newbie here. I used to race turbo Hayabusa`s in Prostar, now I have a 08 RT with the Road and track options. I was searching for stock times and really got from mid 13 to mid 15 second times. What should i really expect?

Thanks

I cut out the suitcase and the resonator's and just put 2 glass pack mufflers there(better flow)

I have an 08 RT/RT that I ran for the first time Tuesday evening. The best I was able to runs was a 14.48 at 97 mph, 60 foot time of 2.1 sec. I was hoping to run low 14's. I ran the car with the ESC/traction control off but it felt like it was still on? The car did not feel real strong out of the hole. It spun the tires once the whole night. The other runs I braked torqued it to 1500 rpm and mashed the pedal to the floor, no tire spin whatsoever. I have been racing for many years and cannot explain why this would occur. Any help in launching this car would be appreciated.
