I ordered 20x9 challenger replica wheels and hankook ventus v12 tires. I wanted 275/35/20 for the rear and 255/35/20 on the front. On the paperwork, I noticed they ordered the 255/45/20 instead of the 255/35/20. I found online that the 45's are about a inch taller then the 35's. Will having 45's on the front and 35's on the rear be an issue? Will the height difference be noticeable?

Your stock tire is about 28.7" tall.
A 255/35R20 would be only 27" tall (over 1.5" shorter)
A 255/45R20 would be about 29" tall. (less than 1/2" taller)
A 275/35R20 would be about 27.6" tall (about 1" shorter)

With this said, The 255/45R20 is a better option than the 255/35R20 for the front but the rear might look short compared to it. If you want to look at other options please call our customer care department at 1.888.459.4080. They would be happy to assist you more with your order.

To match stock width for 20", typically 245 or 255/45-20 and 275, 285 and 295/40-20.

I heard they may be a sale coming up this weekend at our local stores. If you have a Discount Tire location near you I would recommend calling them before you make your purchase.
