Talking What is wrong with this picture - door hinge problem ?

What is wrong with this picture - this is on an '08 SE+.
Both front doors are like this. Rear doors have brackets on top & bottom.
Do any other SE+ owners have this problem?

I'll have to take another look at my door, but I am almost 100% positive that my door hinge looks just like that. Are you having a problem with the door? I haven't had any issues.

Looking at this picture again, it dosn't look like anything is missing. It looks like they use the same hinge for the top and bottom, and only the bottom have the door spring on it. The "Pin" that holds the door to the hinge is present. If that is wrong...let me know also, so I can pay a friendly visit to my dealer, but it looks like it was by design.

so..that is the spring lever that pop out..correct? looks like if you push the spring lever back in..it would line up with the hole in the hinge itself..yes?..then i guess a pin would hold that in??????
