SKYLINE DRIVE in Virginia

I mentioned an idea at our MICRO Cruize last weekend...................
and here it is ......................

What do you think about a long Convoy of Chargers cruizin' the SkyLine Drive on the western side of Virginia during the Fall Leaf Changing timeframe?

Specifically either the 13th (Saturday) or the 14th (Sunday) of October.

This weekend is in the middle of the season and will be outstanding for photography.

We will meet (I'll find the place) at the Front Royal, VA, area and cruize South for 105.5 MILES of winding, elevated beautiful mountain side road to Rockfish Gap, VA.

http://www.blueridgeparkway.org/map1.htm

FIRST.........decide which day you prefer!!
SECOND......think positive, I AM GOING TO THIS RUN and put the dates on your calendar!!!
THIRD.........post your decision on this thread!!!!

then we will go with the most desired day and start nailing it all down!! OH, YES, I will make the flyer and get it out EARLY!!!!!

The ball is rollin............................................ ............

Don't know, but that is why we are talking NOW and not on the 12th of October.

This is definitely a sweet idea.. I used to live up by Charlottesville and have been on the drive during the season change.. Not in the Charger granted.. As of right now, I have that weekend off (I work every other weekend) and most likely would love to make this trip.. Saturday is a better day for me though..
