Dodge has released its weekly teaser video for the upcoming Challenger SRT Demon.

This week’s video is called 'Forced Induction,' and Dodge has revealed that the Demon will have the biggest cold air intake hood ever installed on a production vehicle. This 45-square-inch Air Grabber will be key to squeezing more output from the supercharged Hemi V8.

In addition to the giant hood scoop, the Demon will have illuminated Air Catcher headlights to get even more air flow. The changes mean the air inlet temperature will be 30 colder compared to the regular Hellcat.

Here’s what else we know about the Demon so far: The even crazier widebody Hellcat will be a stipped-out drag racer with fat (yet still street legal) drag radials on all four corners. Each Demon will come with a crate filled with spare parts that will help transform the Demon from a drag car to a street-legal cruiser. The Demon will also be more than 200 pounds lighter and 3.5 inches wider than the Hellcat. We don’t know anything yet about drag times or output, but Dodge has put some Easter Eggs into each of its teaser videos that might hint at how quick it will be.

The Dodge Challenger SRT Demon will be fully revealed at the New York Auto Show in April.

That's the widest, maybe, but not the biggest. That honor goes to the Drag Pack Challengers they made a few years ago!
