anyone installed rally stripes over a srt hood/hood scoop?

I want to install some rally stripes on my srt8 but wanted to see what they look like installed over/with the hood scoop. I know they will need to be cut to look straight going over the curves of the hood scoop but donít know if they will look right after being cut.

Between the curve of the hood and the curve of the scoop, cutting vinyl to look straight would be very difficult.

Yea, thatís what I'm worried about, www.ridergraphix.com said it has been done on a couple cars but they donít have any pictures of the end result.

I've never seen one. You'll have to post the pics on here if you end up doing it!

You might take a look at this pic also

You could just do what they did with the rest of the SRT vehicles there and end the stripe on the hood scoop.

I thought about that but it defeats the whole purpose for me, the thing I want most in doing the rally stripes is the look of it going all the way over the front bumper.

You might just have to paint them on then. I don't think you're ever going to find a vinyl stripe that looks right around the hood scoop

There is a Magnum owner on LX forums that has white rally stripes on his blue car. Looks really good. His name is "RogerDodger". They look so good that I thought they were painted on until he told me they are vinyl stripes.
