Unhappy Charger Wrecked! pictures added

well at 9pm tonight i was travelling through a flashing yellow and slowed down to make sure it was clear when a car on the flashing red side hit me. a 97 grand cherokee hit me in my left tire. now i need a rim, two front fenders, hood/grill and front bumper!

my three kids and wife are fine, and so are the occupants in her car. she was ticketed for failure to yield.

my car is only 2 months old!

Thank God the family is safe. People like her should lose thier license. No excuse for stupid $hit like that. Man, it just pisses me off ever time I hear/see that happen. I hope every thing works out and her insurance is good.

Re: Charger Wrecked!

Wow! That really sucks! Glad to hear that everyone is ok, though. When all is said and done, that's what really counts.

Re: Charger Wrecked!

Go high with your estimates. I would definitely get a quote from the dealer. Her insurance will try to low ball the total and you need to have enough to get it done right. The car was all but pristine before SHE plowed in to you. You deserve to have it back as good or better than new, not just fixed.

Re: Charger Wrecked!

I'm glad your family is fine. Sorry, but you should have opened up a can of whup azz on her. Yep--that's the only punishment.

Re: Charger Wrecked!

I'm REALLY sorry to hear this! It's bad enough to have an accident, but it's insanely worse when it's your 2-month-old car!

All are OK though, in part due to the excellent design of our cars. Get it fixed, and sooner than you expect, it'll be a dim memory...

Re: Charger Wrecked!

That sux man! I know I'm sounding like a broken record but the important thing is that you and your family are alright. The car can be fixed.

Look at it this way. Your beloved Charger did it's job. It protected you and your family from harm.
