Fog lights

So for income tax I'm debating on SRT hood or putting fog lights in. Acouple of questions I have is first how much does the dealership charge to install them and I've read something that the dealership has to activate them thats why you take it to the Dodge dealership for them to install. Second, what are a lot of people using to turn them on besides toggle switch? I'm more of a normal look than a toggle switch standing out.
