servicing question

hey guys, im a couple k's over 100,000 miles and its getting close to oil change time. i was just wondering if you guys would recommend a complete system tune up. like should i get all my fluids flushed and changed and possibly replace my sepentine belt and what not. just curious.

also ive been noticing my headlights and interior lights seem to dim/pulse a little every now and then when im running with my lights/heat/stereo on. does this mean my alternator might be dying? and if so, what brand would you guys recommend? could i possibly just get it rebuilt? thanks for the help.

If you've never had the transmission flushed, just change the fluid, or do a pan drop and filter change. You don't want to flush settled debris throughout the transmission.

Jonny, do u happen to have a good source for Auto Trans servicing info? I've never understood flushing vs just changing ATF. I've heard of people changing their fluid and it ends up actually making the trans shift worse than before and/or even ruining the whole unit.
