Trying to replace wiper blades...

OK, I've replace wiper blades a thousand times and never had as much trouble as I'm having with my 08 Charger (and I feel like an idiot for not being able to figure this out).
I know the you should push the tab in near the center of the arm (on the wiper blade) to release the blade and simply slide it out and down the arm. The problem is, I can't seem to find a tab to release the blade. The one tab I have found does nothing when it's pressed. I thought I might be "wimping" out on it and not pressing hard enough, so I tried using a pair of needle nose pliers and the damn thing still won't budgeI Both right and left sides are like this.

Is there some trick I'm missing? I would hate to ruin my wiper arms by forcing the blades off, but, I can't see any other way to get them off the arm.

Any input on this would be appreciated!

Shouldn't be too hard but unless they changed it you should be pulling the tab, not pushing it. If it's been through a few years of weather, it might need a little more persuasion.

With the wiper arm up, flip the blade over so it's facing away from you.

On mine, I gently pull where the "5" is in this picture

Then slide the blade down and off

Its a possibility that part of that tab has broken. Then you might need the assistance of a flat bladed screwdriver. Good luck.
