Heater Problem

I was wondering if anybody else has had this problem. After turning off the heater, the air stops blowing but there is still heat coming from the vents. I mean really hot heat where when I touch the vents, its hot to the touch.

Any ideas what could be the issue ?

Thanks,
Joe

I had the very same problem. I just had it fixed about two weeks ago. When I explained what it was doing the service tech knew right away what I was talking about. It appears to be a problem with the heater door under the dash. I hope yours is under warranty, it cost $685 to get mine fixed. Good luck.

Thanks for the response! Luckily I'm still under warranty. I'll give them a call tomorrow.
