Lower control arm ?'s

Hi,

I have a question. I just had my both front inner and out tie rods and both lower ball joints replaced yesterday with Moogs. Now when my friend was working on my charger he pointed out that the bushings for both sides of the lower control arms are shot.

Can I just buy the bushings and have them replaced or do I have to buy the whole new lower control arm for both sides?

I got a wheel alignment today. If I change the bushing or relpace the whole lower control arm will I have to get another wheel alignment?

Thanks

I can't find just the bushing for the tension strut. I think you might have to replace the whole piece. Their 58.79 a piece for the left or right side which is not bad, thinking about how much work it would take to pop the ball joint loose from the tension strut to get the bushing out....

Here are the part numbers from Rockauto....

Right side:
MEVOTECH Part # MS25121

Left side:
MEVOTECH Part # MS25120

Hope this helps...

Perfect thanks. Now when changing these, the tension struts do I need to get another alignment again?

Thank you

anytime you change ANY major suspension compoment, you should always in the very least get an alignment check. usually most shops will run 20-30 dollars for this (which basically covers the time of putting the car on the rack and the laser guides on the wheels)...
