Fuse Box Under Hood

I am going to be installing an Auxilliary fuse block onto the side of my fuse box under the hood in my `08 SRT. This is because I'm installing multiple LED lights. I've seen it done in a picture. What I need to know is how do you remove the plate on the fuse box that faces the front of the vehicle. It seems to be the only way to be able to secure an auxilliary fuse block.

I just mounted my fuse block to that aluminum piece. I used two sided tape and almost two years later I have not had any problems with it. See my pic's in this thread:
