I have been using the regular Sylvania Silver Stars for over 3 years now. They are about the best/safest ones to use. They are brighter than stock, though not a huge (night and day) difference. Watch out for those "E-bay" ones, as they tend to melt wiring harnesses and don't last long at all.

I used the Silverstar Ultras in my Magnum for 2 years and was very happy with them. Had them in my low's and fog's.I may end up going with them again or look into the PIAA bulbs. I used the PIAA's in all my VW GTI's that I had and they were by far the brightest bulb out there and had no problems with heat or melting of the wiring harness, only downside is they are very expensive.

I have the silverstars in mine. The auto zone or advance auto did not stock the ultras. I did a Silverstar comparison with the factory bulb and it is much brighter and not as yellow.
