A base Altima comes with it but push button start is still a rare standard feature in general. I've driven the current gen Altima in its 2.5S form, and I'm much happier with my 3.5, push button or not. It has more internal features and a more modern interior, but that isn't too important to me.

I'd gladly pay a few hundred bucks to retrofit this into my 2008 but so far nobody's got the tech. The change to fully electronic keys in 2008 doesn't help.

2008 Brilliant Black R/T R&T w/SRT body.114 LSA cam. Borla 125 catback. JBA shorty headers. Aluminum rear-window louvers, custom vented fenders. Front & rear LED halos, Tinted tails. Toyo Proxes 4 245 front 275 rear.
Billet Tech: BSG62 hood & tail emblems, wheel-centers, visor covers, fuse box cover. Custom CHARGER badge. Shifter plate. Frankintake. Satin door locks & pull-rings, engine kit, coil-pack & valve covers.

Ive been reading up on it and they sell push button start kits...but u have to put the key in and then hit the button (like the s2000) so idk if that is really worth it.

Yea you can half do it. you have to put the key like under the dash and then have a push button start. I would do it simply for the look.

No more charger.
