I traded for an 08 bee new The 08 bee was 45,320.00 was marked down to 34,998.00 we worked off that price I am sure there was more discounts as the deal looks like this if you put on paper,
08 bee $34,998
less trade 07 bee -$29,338
difference 5,660 plus tax, licence and title transfer
so there had to bee some more discounts so hard money for the 07
probably 27,000 give or take some but saved taxes on that amount
so thats anouther $1800.00 or so I couldnt sell it outright for that
with 24,000 miles needing tires and brembo brake pads soon.

I think you did well. This is the way I would look at it. You received a new (maybe nicer, I like the interior and mygig on the '08s) car and gave them a car with 24,000 miles.

$6,000 / 24,000 miles= $0.25 a mile, not a bad deal.

If you kept the car 18 months (estimate) it only cost $333/ month ($6,000/18).

To put 24,000 miles on an SRT8 in 18 months and it only cost $333 a month.

I consider that an awesome deal.

Funny you would say 24 cents a mile thats what I told the dealer after I purchased the 08 the 07 only cost me 24 cents a mile.
