Help!! Where Is The Cigarette Lighter Fuse?

I am in a pinch & need to know where the cigarette lighter fuse. I am in a hurry and can't find where the fuse is in the manual...PLEASE HELP!!

The "power outlet" fuse is the one in the trunk that has 3 slots but its only using two . its a yellow 20 amp
