Water in the oil comes from an internal leak typically. Replacing the water pump will not cause that. Maybe you have a head gasket problem. Why did you replace the water pump?
@ llmagee79 if you just had it done then it is possible you still have some residual left over and a flush and change may help. If you used anything other than an OEM pump you may have an issue. Do a pressure test on the cooling system and see if it hold pressure. Dodge redesigned the water pump with a thicker casting due to issues they were having with the thin design and them being prone to leaking due to the wide bolt spacing.
