Can it be done? Will they fit my 08 SRT8 since i originally had regular halogen headlights? i have an HID kit with D2S bulbs, will these work with the OEM projectors? Also has anyone installed HALOs to these projectors?
Thanks guys and
Merry Christmas!

I dont know about the D2S, but I do know that the OEM Projectors will fit the OEM halogen. I got a set going into my R/T once I get a pair of D1S and ballasts

So the only thing i need is D1S HID kit and it should work? You haven't installed them yet? Can u post pics once u do please?

since you have an 08 i dont know what the stock halogen lights are like but here http://www.chargerforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=142906 if you have the open backs of the headlight where the bulbs are then you will need the same, if the back of the lights have the connector that you plug into the headlight then it should be easier.
Thanks man, i've had Q45 style projectors made by AAC but moisture was coming in 'coz they left holes in the back and i didn't know what to do with it, since the only way of sealing it would make it impossible to change the bulbs... anyway the lights were a disaster despite costing me 3 grand (i've had HALOs, led strip, oracle HID set, painted...)
long story short the moisture ruined about 4 sets of HIDs and the HALOs i had them install... so now i'm looking for a replacement and definitely OEM quality... They made the Q45s for D2S bulbs but i'm willing to buy another HID set just so it finally works. The OEM projectors have adjustable beam of lights correct?

I ordered a new HID kit from http://www.xenonheadlights.net/products/selectProduct
I hope they're a good quality since they're made in Germany, or so claimed. I've had my share of cheap HID kits from China and i'd rather pay extra now than go through what i have before even though i do blame the headlights more than the HID kits.
I really hope they'll work with the OEM projectors but i guess there is no reason for them not to. Now just find a good soul that knows what they're doing and will do a good job installing HALOs for me... :D

You dont have to have someone install them for you. You can do it yourself. There are a couple threads out there that show you how and list what you'll need to install them.

Goto post #45 in this thread: http://www.chargerforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=92475&page=5
The entire thread as a whole gives you information how to install.

Black Bullet's thread for his install: http://www.chargerforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=86943

Black Bullet's photobucket with pictures from his install: http://s222.photobucket.com/albums/dd16/lasseyst/OEM HIDs/

DynoXG also has a thread: http://www.chargerforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=72978

There are a couple more threads in the "How do I..... Everything" thread: http://www.chargerforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=67858

You'll also need to know how to remove your front fascia so you can replace the housings. Here is a thread that shows how to remove the fascia from the R/T. I read somewhere here in the forums that the SRT8 fascia is slightly different, but I dont know how.

there cheaper here http://www.ebay.com/itm/08-09-CHARG...ger&vxp=mtr&hash=item58915f6f74#ht_500wt_1413 there the same as i got and mine are eagle eye brand... im not sure about the d1s bulbs and ballast im using d2s bulbs and ballast on mine, i ordered the ddm tuning brand hid kits but i would have ordered from http://www.theretrofitsource.com/ if i would have remimbered about them. better quality. i have since ordered Morimoto D2S bulbs from them in 35w 5000k because the ddm tuning where not the same color, or brightness. i have the Morimoto bulbs now, but have not had time to install them.
