Mopar hood venting

I have a 2017 Daytona 392 Charger which has the factory CAI /w housing. I've noticed that the Challenger 392 T/A has the same CAI but also appears to have the hood venting system which directs air from the hood scoop to the CAI housing. I believe the T/A and Daytona have the same hood. Just wondering if anyone knows if Mopar has the venting system for the charger also as I can't seem to find anything from a web search. Thanks

I was wondering the same thing. I have an appt at the dealer next Saturday and will see what the parts dept can find. The quicker option to see if Steve White Dodge, a forum vendor, can get some info on it.

I would be an interesting way to see if it sealed around the top of the MOPAR CAI.

Nice. After your appt I'll look forward to hearing what the dealer had to say. I guess it would have been too convenient for dodge to just include the whole ram air set up...

I recently checked with Steve White Motors and was advised that there currently isn't anything like the Challenger T/A setup for the Chargers.

Follow up:

I took the attached pic to my dealer so when the Challenger TA they have in route arrives they can open the hood and get a part #.

They are also going to take some measurements to see if it will fit over the MOPAR CAI on the Daytona.

Keeping fingers crossed.

Should know more in a couple of weeks.

Will post an update once I know for sure.

Looking forward to any info you get. I have been looking everywhere the past week for the T/A intake.
