Until it comes out, we're not going to know what it really has, or if the seating is driver only. Magazines say all kinds of things.
750HP at the rear wheels would be somewhere over 900HP at the crank, which is where HP is measured for engine ratings. Reminds me of Ford's debacle a few years back where they were advertising Mustangs as having a boatload of power, but the driveline loss was somewhere in the 30-40 percent range.
If it's advertised as a street legal drag racer, I can't see the dealer coming out on top of denying a warranty for drag racing the car, and a 90K car is definitely worth going to court over. Even so, I think I'd make the dealer put into the purchase contract that tracking the car is not to be used to deny a claim, even if the car blows the engine at the track. Street racing, sure, but not track racing.
