Your Charger looks great as is. One of the best things that you can do is to keep it clean and waxed. I would like to think that your Charger would appreciate it. Aftermarket ad-ons are something you have to take serious. they can add up, money wise. I have owned my 2010 since new. I love the R/T. I also did tint, and a very few add-ons. I like my cars stock. I have a life time guarantee from the dealer, anything that breaks the most I will ever spend at my dealer is $100.00. I keep my cars for a very long time. Best to you and welcome to the forum..
Thank you sir. I'm not too big on mods I just want 22s vipers hellcat hood and spoiler and suspension but honestly I'm leaning in on trading for a challenger those are growing on me
Nice looking car. I used to have an 89 Camaro with the all-black look. I had louvers on the back glass, and blackout headlight and tail light covers. For yours, if you wanted to do the same, black tint spray on the heads and tails would work better. No idea how you'd feel about the louvers, but they worked wonders for keeping heat out of the car in the summertime due to the gigantic glass hatch the 3rd gen Camaro has. I also had darker than legal tint, but the T-tops let enough light in that they didn't look illegal.
However, on the wheels, as one who went from 20s to 18s I can't say I think much of the 22 inch wheel idea. I also have a 2016 Charger that came with 20s and swapped them for 18s. My experience, I picked up a screw, lost half my air on the highway, and was forced to drive 2 miles on the half-flat tire. By the time I was able to stop, the wheel had sliced up the tire to the point that it could not be repaired. The wheel is just an inch or two from the tread on 20s. On 22s, the tread would be right there at the wheel, close enough that if you hit a speed bump a little too hard you're going to damage the rim. There isn't really room in the wheel well for a larger tire.
Your car, obviously you can do what you want with it, but I recommend rethinking 22s on the car.
Thanks for that maybe consider 20s now. I ordered some 22 staggered hellcat reps(from sdtw_direct IG name I believe owner of forum) but maybe I'll change to 20s. But I saw something about buying tint for the tail lights can't remember where I saw that.
Wow, very clean looking Charger, I really love the way it looks now. The only mod I could think about which could complement its appearance perfectly is a spoiler. We have several pretty cool options made by Duraflex at CARiD, check them all out here: http://www.carid.com/duraflex/
