These four sites all sell the pistons, complete rotating assembly and short blocks if you plan to increase the cubes.
There are a lot of 392 to 426 build threads on the Challenger Talk site that you might want to check out. Do you plan to stay NA or have plans to go FI in the future will dictate you build.
If you're going for a displacement increase, it'll be negligible boring it, save the material in the bores (keep the block a little more rigid) and stroke it.
I think they are talking about a 4.080 Stroke 4.095 Bore (430 Cubic Inches). This is their typical build for the 6.4L NA. Over 500 lb-ft torque and over 500 rwhp for these motors with their custom cam, longtubes and ported heads.
