It will be fixed under warranty if identified within the vehicle's warranty period, but there isn't a current TSB or recall for the problem. There was a TSB issued earlier as shown on post # 69 of this thread, but that didn't include our Chargers.

I tried to get my local dealer to sqeeze me in. I told him that some of you did it yourself in about 1/2 an hour. He said it is a 90 minute job and is making me keep my Monday service date. Oh well what's 3 more days w\o driving the Charger?

My '07 R/T started leaking at 16,000 miles. Dealer "replaced Guide Bushing Adapter 68021352AA". Took about 25 mins. Would have given them a "10" except they didn't wipe off the crossmember.

Tranny leak fixed today at Artioli Dodge in Enfield CT. 36126 miles covered under warranty {what nice guys to cover this} I had an AM svc apt but due to the snow they had a bunch of techs call in. I had to wait 2 hours for them to bring the car in then it was a 25 minute fix. The tranny was down less than a quart of fluid and they reasured me the part they put in is new and improved and will not fail. part # 68021352-aa plug adapter 21003015, 5013457-aa oil automatic 1081018, and 4897151-ab cleaner b 1081025. They did not list the actual labor time although the labor rate at this dealer is $92.00 per hour. May as well be a Mercedez. LOL

Came home from work today to see a huge oil slick from the rain running down my hill of a driveway. Did not see it this morning due to it being dark. Immediately thought oil and checked it. Was a quart low. I just had the oil changed at the dealer last week so I thought I was leaking oil. Called the service dept to let them know my problem and that I was on my way in and they said they would have a bay cleared and waiting. (this was 15 min before closing time) Got to the service dept at closing time and they took it right in. Turned out to be a tranny leak as mentioned in all the previous posts. It was tranny fluid leaking from the valve body harness plug. 40 min later they were done. The trans plug part # is 68021352AA.
The only negative aspect to the whole thing was the mechanic spinning my tires as he was parking my car after he was done.
Dealer said my oil level was fine and it was probably registering low because I had just shut off the engine and checked it less than a min later.
