The front end is a different of the 2011-13 Chargers are completely different shape than 2006-10 models so my thought would be no, this should not fit your front end.

I believe this is the part number you need for your year model: 68069345AA

I can't blame you for being confused because reading the description on Amazon it says it fits 08-11 which doesn't make sense to me. Hope this helps!

It also says it is for a Challenger, not a Charger.
