2013 Dodge Charger AWD Sport Announced

Can anyone confirm that those are the actual rims you get in the sport pkg on the AWD?

I have been searching everywhere to see what the "painted" rims look like. I am looking into a 2013 charger and would need to decide between AWD and RWD but the rims on the standard AWD are pretty bad. If they were these I would love it

I think you'll find that that picture is a little darker than normal, and those ARE the same wheels. Its the lighting in the pic, as far as I can tell. If anything, they may have done something to the same 19" wheels the AWD already has....

Actually, blowing the picture up fairly large, I think it is the same 19" wheels, only maybe the inside edges are painted and the outside edge is maybe polished. Using the picture of my car as a reference point: Could achieve almost the same look with plastidip

I posted this in another thread, here's the standard wheel with the pockets painted (another member's car) and what I'm 99% sure the AWD sport wheels are



I did something similar with plasti-dip and my chrome clads on my RWD to make 2013 daytona looking wheels

I just found this pic which searching for pics of the actual car. Someone on this forum must have done it.



The thing that sux is AWD Sport pkg only comes in graphite, red, or black. If those are the "painted" rims as you guys have guessed above, they actually look pretty sweet on that image

Does anyone know if Dodge plans to offer additional colors with this package? I really had my heart set on blue, although I liked the blue streak from last year better than jazz blue.

With these brutal winter, snow/ice my next car I'm hoping to get AWD. I have a FWD Dodge Dart right now that I love and FWD is the next best thing. I know how to handle them, but I sure could use AWD as well! AWD+Wintertires would be the ultimate!

Maybe the SRT Dart will have AWD? would be pretty cool if it does...
