jeep gc with 99k miles. Would you buy?

I'm looking at a used 2009 grand Cherokee limited. Fully loaded with hemi. Black with chrome trim, navi, the works. Clean car fax, 1 owner from PA. Asking price is 13,995. But...it has 99k miles. I'm sure I can talk him down even lower, but I'm concerned about the high miles. Going to test drive tomorrow. But wanted your opinions on such a buy first. Any feedback??

It all depends on the overall vehicle condition. 99k miles isn't crazy high on a vehicle with a factory service life of 250K miles.

My SRT has just about 90k miles on her and many here are in the 125k+ range.

Have it thoroughly checked out and then decide. If all is good, make your best deal and know that you have another 10 years of service life designed in.

Sure it will need some repairs and maintanence needs to be your first priority, but there isn't any reason you can't have it be a good solid ride for years to come.

99,000 seems like a lot for $14,000 You could get a brand new Dart or Avenger for ($17,000-$21,000 with 0 miles and you know the entire history and can maintain the car yourself. Plus don't forget a warranty!
