Good luck with that. I contacted the seller shortly after this thread was created about buying the exhaust and he told me he would get shipping pricing for me. A few days later I was told the sale was pending on a local pick up.

I didn't have a problem with him wanting to sell locally as it made business sense, but to not get back with me and then make a deal up under me after I was the first to inquire left me with a bad taste.

Hey man as I've been saying from the start, the exhaust wasnt coming off until 1/21. So how could I get a shipping cost to anyone if I did not know the shipping weight or the necessary box size?? I didn't want to just start throwing out prices that were not accurate.

Its a huge expense to have to pack up an exhaust and ship it, of course im going to take a local pick up over the added expense. If that deal falls thru then its on me, nothing personal against you.

You are the one who brought up shipping pricing. Your exact words were "i'll get it priced over the weekend". As I said in the email, it makes sense to sell locally but I think you could have at least told me your intentions instead of me thinking i'm first in line.
