Expresskit

I installed a remote start on my 08 SXT and I found this kit on ebay for $90. The removal of the plastic under the hood was the worst part of the job. Total time start to finish 20 min. It uses the factory key fob so you dont need to have another fob hanging on the ring. This summer I will hook the lights to the system. Im going to get one for my 2012 ram next week.

I have this on my alarm. I really like it. I still have my fob on my keys due to the two way paging. Is there a way to remote start the car with the key? My installer couldnt figure it out. The key will arm and disarm the alarm but I dont know how to start it with the buttons on the key

Im not sure how the alarm works but mine uses the factory fob and when it was programed in had to hit the unlock once then the door lock 3x. Now all my wife does is hit the lock button 3x and it starts.
