The slotted SRT rotors are very capable right out of the box. If you're not doing any hardcore road racing, I would stick to those. If you need a set, we have a package put together for all 4: http://www.speedlogixstore.com/product_p/bmcp-srt8b.htm
For pads, we definitely recommend the Hawk HPS over stock. They're much quieter and less dusty than OEM. Less expensive, too:
I agree with this, the OEM slotted rotors are fine....A GOOD ceramic pad as he stated is also good, the SRT OEM pads are High Temp pads, very good but dust Soooooooooo bad because most people don't use them to there full potential....

I'm in the market for new rotors too and may buy from here too but noticed that they don't offer a lifetime warranty for SRT-8 rotors. Only 2 years against warping. They also don't offer drilled or dimpled for the SRT-8 only slotted. Any idea why?

Galvatron-SX, what's your recommendation for my 2008 SRT8? I'm on my 3rd set of factory slotted rotors and all have warped. Do you have something that won't warp?

I think it ws due to the SRT specs for the brakes, wanting to keep them as close to Stock as possible, and 2 yrs and unlimited miles on warpage is not bad...

On workmanship, click on the warranty and it shows lifetime on workmanship and defects, 2 on warp.....Slotted performance rotors

I went with Brake performance on my daytona...several of my friends also did and they honored there lifetime on warpage for there dimple and slotted....Actually spoke to a REAL person...they are made in the US of A....But with the SRT, the Stock slotted are fine....When I have to replace mine, I'm going with OEM rotors and Ceramic pads as GAL. suggested.....Hope that helps...(his prices on the OEM rotors are good)

Stock OEM rotors are FAR from "fine" in the Brembo SRT8 package from Dodge. Worst rotors I've ever had on any of my dozen or so cars I've owned through the years.
