It's a Mustang dyno and they always read low on us on HP/TQ numbers. Plus you have take his elevation into account as well depending on what that is just like when you drag race. I saw an 12 Jeep SRT8 only put down 325Hp on a mustang dyno in Denver Colorado(on TV) and they were saying that it was due to the elevation and it being a Mustang dyno as to why it didn't put down more.

Approximately 3% for every 1000 ft above sea level, give or take

So the answer have not been answer. Do we actually lose hp with uploading the tune. I still have not upload and waiting till they update the CALID.

People worry too much about peak numbers on the dyno. Look at the overall curve. It's much better with the Diablo tune even with the small peak loss. Overall the performance of the car and track times will be better with the Diablo tune vs stock.

This. Peak HP doesn't mean a whole lot unless you're going for a top end run. The important thing is how broad that power band is. Take a Honda S2000, that thing doesn't start pulling until you're around 6k. It has a worse ski slope than my stang... and I thought I had a ski slope power band lol. I start to pull at 3.5-4k and she stops making power just sky of 5500. I wish she had VVT

yeah, I have the SLP loudmouth 2 cat back, the k&n FIPK CI and the un altered 93 octance tune from Diablo. Much appreciation from all your posts and views! I learned how to launch these Supercar tires when I owned an 06 vette they came stock on, but those were runflats and much more unforgiving. Really an excellent tire until about mid range wear, then the hooking up is over and it's smoke show time. Enjoy those first 5K miles, lol. Just thrilled to be back in an SRT and all the family feel from the community!
