It depends on how hard you are driving the car but typically the oil temp stays a little bit hotter than the coolant temp (maybe 5-25 degrees higher).

If you want cool oil, get an SRT-8 radiator. That will probably make the factory oil coolers work better too. Of course you could always add another cooler.
