I don't think it should be Bama in the #2 spot. Why would they jump ahead of Oregon? Stanford was a higher ranked team when they beat Oregon than A&M was when they beat Bama. And A&M pretty much walked all over Bama. If anything Bama should be 3rd.

I know what you mean. This is why the BCS is so damn controversial. I'm glad there will be a 4 team playoff starting next year.

I think the SEC is over rated. People talked all sorts of **** about Texas A&M not being able to hang with the SEC teams and they beat the #1 ranked defending National Champs. I think that goes a long way to proving that the SEC gets more credit than it deserves.
The part whats funny to me is how everyone think the SEC is over rated, but no matter who it is, when given there chance to prove themselves again the SEC in a championship game NO ONE can do it!!!!!! OREGON, TEXAS, OKLAHOMA, OHIO STATE all given there chance and they couldnt do it!!!!

Lettuce be reality. None of those teams deserved to be there that year. I can think of a better team from each year. Just because you have one loss doesn't mean an unbeaten team is better. Hence the flaw within the BCS system.

Yet when a team from outside the SEC who is expected to be a loser in the SEC joins and plays then beats the #1 ranked team it's chalked up as a fluke? How badly A&M beat Bama just goes to show how over rated they were and still are based on the BCS rankings. And how prejudice the polls are to other conferences. Not that I'm an Ohio fan, but I wish they were eligible for post season play just so someone else would be ranked higher than Bama to shut up the SEC lovers.
I'm a Husker fan, but I also keep it real and know they are no where near being National Champ contenders, Just wish other fans would have the same realism's for their teams. The BCS rankings are flawed and this whole 4-team play off thing isn't going to help matters any.
