His has a modified cam, long tube headers, tuned and a 6-speed, mine, all stock.
Nice! Drop in a Mopar CAI and maybe a better flowing exhaust and see what happens

If the govt was still calculating the unemployment rate using the same criteria, the “official” rate today would be closer to 18%. In 2004, median income man in his 30s - $35,010. Adj. for inflation, 12 percent less than 1974.

I bet from a roll the manual is better

The auto probably gives more consistent launches from a dig

I came from a 2010 Camaro SS. I had work done locally on it (ARH LT, tune, thermo, exhaust, sways, etc...)
The auto has a quicker 0-60 than the manual. Because of the VVT, the auto is rated at 400 hp.

Anyways, most guys stock are running 12.9ish...some freaks of nature were hitting 12.6 but that is far and few and one of those odd occasions.

Stock tires are the Pirelli summers...I liked em. I think the guy just didn't want to open it up and I don't do the street racing thing either...but to each their own.

One thing I can't stand is when people say they raced an RS....an RS is just the appearance package.

I can't ever get the 5th gens to race.... They'll always pace and won't run after the honks, or they'll just want to do the swerve in and out of traffic and I'm not going to bother with that.

Oh well. Nice run!

Not likely, not unless it (5th Gen) has work done to it. Very impressed with the new 5.0s.
