You couldn't "custom order" different gears from the factory as there was no option to do that.

I could never do a burnout in my SE+ either until I got the Predator and used that to disable the ESP. But the key trick worked great for fun in the snow.

Your ESP and BAS lights will be on.

When you shut off and restart the car, all will be back to normal, no worries

Be aware, when you do this, all safety functions are OFF! Not a good way to drive around town on a daily basis, or while pushing the limits.

Does this also work with AWD models? Will this affect the transfer case too?

Well when I do the key turn method to turn off traction control I get the tCase message. So I'm guessing it's also turning off my AWD function when the traction control is off..

Does anybody know about this?

Yes, I do this all the time, as i am supecharged so my car's esp is always kicking in and the awd is always wanting to engage, so i just do the key trick while in motion, and it disables my esp and eas bas, as well as tCase function, and my charger will stay in 2drive, and then the fun begins

Key trick is your friend

Here is a video I shot a few months ago of me doing a 180 degree turn in my SXT using the Key Trick. I was going to go back and do it again with a better camera and by not letting off the gas so quick but the police activity picked up a little after we shot this and now I have 20" Vipers so doing burnouts and donuts are a thing of the past for me now lol!
