As I mentioned earlier, the most critical issue with this nose is the rotating door clearance so the next step is to take the nose off and start the investigation. The 3D renders are a great help here to precisly position the location of the cardboard swinging door mock up.

I had to build a mock up of the headlight door to simulate the rotation. There seems to be just enough space to work out as long as I decrease the length of the door from 12" to 11" inorder to clear the inside headlight support brace. Stay tuned for for updates
