In the past? Because what he posted today makes sense and is physically possible?
You seem to really be digging into him though... some of the other dynobots not sharing their energon today? (I HAD TO!)

theres nothing wron gwith below 12...
supercharged cars do like 10:1 or 10.5:1...
its not problematic on a N/A car to be below 12, you just wont make peak power.
its not dangerous to be a little below 12, thats rich, and it wont harm anything unless you literally have luiquid fuel accumulating.
running lean is what causes extra heat and cuauses motors to pop.
also a wideband can detect exactly what your A/F is, if its lean, it knows exactly how lean, if its rich, it knows exactly how rich.
a narrowband knows what 14.7 A/F is... (stoich)... and can tell you if its leaner or richer.. but not how much. it just says... "ive got more fuel than 14.7" or "ive got less fuel than 14.7"
it has nothing to do with the fact that its reading 7.6, infact, i dont even think a narrowband could do that.

if i had to be, the Wideband Sensor is fouled out and reading incorrectly on his.
probably from him running rich and covering it in fuel in the first place, or accumulating water on it from an improper install
